Therapeutic Exercise:

Rebuilding Strength, Coordination and Muscle Function

Therapeutic exercise is a central part of many physical therapy programs. Unlike a general workout, each exercise is selected to address a specific limitation identified during your evaluation.

Your APTOR physical therapist will guide you through the exercises, monitor your technique and adjust the program as your strength and abilities improve.
